The proces of taking you to or from airports is fairly simple, but here are some points that may help.
Quote
Just call us (01273 100 200) and tell us where you are planing to go and we will quote you the price. Prices for our most common destinations are on the Price page.
Booking
Call us to book the trip. You can prepay using a credit card or pay the driver at the end of the journey. (For some journeys we require advanced payment.)
We need to know the pickup address, pickup time, flight number (when meeting you at the airport), destination, number of people travelling and how much luggage you would have with you. Mobile phone number that the traveling party would have on them (Landline number is fine when only travelling from home address to an airport.)
Picking you up on your way to the airport – how it works
Driver will contact you a day before your travel to confirm. (Usually by a text message.)
On the day of traveling the driver will contact you before setting out to pick you up (around 30 minutes before the pickup time).

Again, this is usually quite straight forward process. The driver will explain where to meet.
